Abstract

International scientific and technological cooperation is of great significance for promoting scientific and technological innovation, strengthening exchanges among world civilizations, and addressing global challenges. By analyzing the development trend of the “Belt and Road” international scientific and technological exchanges of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, this study explores the progress and focus of the existing cooperation, providing reference suggestions for further promoting cooperation, innovation and development. Based on the Web of Science and Incites databases and combined with bibliometric methods, data visualization, and field research methods, this paper analyzes the distribution, influence, and achievement transformation of cooperative publications between Chinese Academy of Sciences and the Belt and Road regions. The findings reveal a significant increase in the output of scientific and technological cooperation publications, with intertwined platform construction and diversified achievements in technology transfer. Based on this, this study further proposes suggestions and solutions for future cooperative development.
