Abstract

Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, especially since President XI Jinping’s historic visit to the UNESCO Headquarters and his important speech delivered at the visit, China-UNESCO cooperation has achieved fruitful results. This study outlines China and UNESCO’s joint efforts and cooperation in promoting exchange and mutual learning among civilizations, implementing UNESCO’s priority strategies, as well as the outcomes of cooperation in the fields of education, science, culture, and communication and information.
