Abstract
New quality productivity represents an advanced form of productivity, and it plays a leading role in innovation. The acceleration of new agricultural productivity formation and development is essential for fostering high-quality agricultural growth in China. However, there are also several challenges, such as limited natural resources, technological bottlenecks, shortage of agricultural professionals, outdated production methods, and imperfect systems and mechanisms. This study suggests that strengthening the protection of the ecological “trinity” of cultivated land quantity and quality to ensure food security; accelerating the development of agricultural technological innovation to enhance industry efficiency; innovating agricultural production methods to promote the green and sustainable development of the industry; promoting the deep integration of agriculture and digital industries to enhance the resilience of industrial and supply chains; improving the quality of agricultural talents and building a multi-level talent team; and optimizing the construction of agricultural development systems to promote a virtuous cycle of scientific and technological innovation and optimize market resource allocation.
