Abstract

Currently, China's scientific research management system is in the middle of reform. A more efficient and authoritative consultation and management system has been established. The headquarter of Chinese Academy of Sciences is responsible for planning and management of the state and kinds of projects in subordinated institutes, it is necessary to further improve the ability of project management in the new era. This paper analyzes the new requirements and problems need to be considered and corresponding suggestions. I hope the readers for further consideration and discussion.
